Should I Include The Instruction Manual?

Sometimes I think that whenever my children are going to be under the care of any individual other than me, I should send along an instruction manual with an outline of very basic procedures categorized by potential circumstances.

To prevent this from happening, you would look under the category, "While Grocery Shopping." Procedure #2 states, "Never place any openable/breakable/poisonous items within reach of children."
